Our consultants have years of experience with HIPAA data destruction compliance.  We have vetted software and companies in a variety of states.  We can assist with:

• In house data destruction (wipes) of hard drives that are HIPAA or DOD compliant.

• Contracting out the data destruction to a HIPAA or DOD compliant company for offsite destruction.

The above services would include training on the software and detailed process documents.  In the event of the destruction being outsourced, we would create the process for engaging the company and follow up steps for ensuring data destruction documents are stored for audits.
